We undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for entire IT assets of our client including their remote locations. Our responsibilities include maintenance, recommend upgrades, third party service coordination for assets under warranty and data back up. In maintenance we offer solutions through both on site and off site channels. Our on site support includes both preventive and corrective maintenance. Our off site support is in the form of email and telephone support.

For those who do not have our AMC cover, we offer services on call basis.

In Facility management services MCPL ensures that the customer's equipments are in top

operational condition and that they are receiving services in a prompt and organized

manner. We offer Facility management services model to organizations that choose to outsource their facility management operations in  lieu of maintaining their own facility management personnel and resources

We do it all, from simple memory upgrade to complex laptop motherboard component level repair. 65% of motherboard problems are repairable. We diagnose motherboard issues using professional testing equipment allowing us to pinpoint the problem and repair it.  The following are the most common problems faced with a laptop:

Power connector loose or broken

This is one of the most common repairs we see. This is a fairly routine repair but like most things, it must be done properly to avoid having this problem reoccur. This job requires soldering and must be done on top and bottom of laptop board to ensure proper connector integrity. In some cases the connector must be replaced.
